This terms book is…

BLURB!

Taking a curtain call with a live snake in her wig...

Cavorting naked through the countryside painted green...

Acting opposite a child with a pumpkin on his head...

These are just a few of the things Dame Judi Dench has done in the name of Shakespeare.

For the very first time, Judi opens up about every Shakespearean role she has played throughout her seven-decade career, from Lady Macbeth and Titania to Ophelia and Cleopatra.

Here she reveals her behind the scenes secrets; inviting us to share in her triumphs, disasters, and backstage shenanigans, all brightened by her mischievous sense of humour and striking honesty.
Witty, provocative and inspiring, this is ultimately Judi's love letter to Shakespeare, or rather, The Man Who Pays The Rent.

WELCOME TO THE SEEDS EMPLOYEE BOOK CLUB !

Reading is such a vital skill for our students not only in their studies but throughout their lives. We are all aware that in our fast-paced, modern world the simple pleasure of sitting down with a book and delving into a story can often feel like a thing of the past.

So, our employees decided the best way to demonstrate to our students that reading isn’t just a task to be endured but a fantastic source of enjoyment was to lead by example.

And so our book club was born!

Every term an employee reads a book followed by a written review and poses discussion questions for our staff and students in school about the book itself. But this isn’t just for us, we want to encourage all of YOU to read along with us.

From our book club display boards in school, to our twitter updates, to this web-page we want to share what we are reading this academic year and give you the opportunity to join in.

We will be endeavouring to share with you the myriad of ways reading can benefit you by sharing our book club questions, our employees book reviews plus a plethora of other reading content.
